Empowering individuals and groups with guidelines and tools, this methodology addresses common group challenges, such as a lack of member motivation or accountability, resistance to rapid change, complexity-induced stagnation, and even burnout!

Drawing inspiration from indigenous wisdom, systems thinking, and deep ecology, Dragon Dreaming provides a comprehensive framework for project management from the dream to reality.

In this introductory session, we invite you into the philosophy and practical application of the Dragon Dreaming methodology. Together, we will explore the distinct phases of project development, allowing you to identify where your project currently stands. Additionally, we will craft a toolbox tailored specifically to address the unique needs of your project.

This workshop welcomes all students intrigued by sustainable project management, regardless of whether you are at an advanced stage in your project or just starting out.

Facilitator

This workshop will be facilitated by Déborah Schafhirt, regenerative practices facilitator and eco-animator. In her interventions, Déborah interweaves theories and regenerative practices to build our collective transition towards a sustainable society. She leads workshops and supports organizations in the success of their projects, using holistic tools such as permaculture design and Dragon Dreaming.
