You wonder how to successfully implement your sustainability project idea or how to plan and manage your sustainability project to make it a success? In this workshop, we seek to empower you for effective and impactful project management and equip you with readily applicable insights. Through a mixture of input based on the extensive project experience of Student Impact, interactive learning-by-doing exercises, and open sharing sessions, we seek to empower you for effective and impactful project management and equip you with hands-on tools and readily applicable insights.
In this workshop under the guidance of Student Impact, the student consultancy for sustainable business at the University of St. Gallen, we’ll together dive into three topics: First, we will focus on problem solving and workflow management to help you overcome obstacles you might encounter. Then, we will get insights into how to plan meetings in order to make them effective. Last but not least, we will learn about motivational leadership, in particular on motivation and drive as well as how to give meaningful feedback.
This workshop is facilitated by Julian Bömelburg and Lorenz Haase from Student Impact.
Student Impact is the student consultancy for sustainable business at the University of St. Gallen. We seek to make sustainability integral to the economy by supporting impact-oriented ventures on business-related mandates and consulting established organizations on sustainability matters.
This workshop is open to all students at Swiss higher education institutions and is free of charge.
