You wonder how to successfully implement your sustainability project idea? Or are you already involved in a sustainability project and wonder how to plan and manage it to make it a success?
In the framework of two workshops under the guidance of Student Impact, the student consultancy for sustainable business at the University of St. Gallen, we seek to discover together how to effectively run student-driven projects in the sustainability field. Through a mixture of input based on the extensive project experience of Student Impact, interactive learning-by-doing exercises, and open sharing sessions, we seek to empower you for effective and impactful project management and equip you with hands-on tools and readily applicable insights.
You can participate in both or only in one of these workshops:
– Thur, 25th November | 6:30-9:00pm: Expect the best, plan for the worst and prepare to be surprised — how to structure your project and interact with stakeholders
Learn how to structure your project, how to navigate the challenges of stakeholder management, and how to design and conduct effective meetings online and offline.
– Tue, 30th November | 6:30-9:00pm:
