Students who are involved in a student organisation alongside their studies and employment or who are more generally engaged in sustainability are often exposed to multiple burdens that can have a negative impact on their well-being. The high pressure on individual shoulders in turn influences the mood in the team and can lead to friction among the committed students. The following workshop is a summary from a longer section on site and focuses on preventing dedicated students from burning out. However, there is no need to have taken part in the last section to take part in this one.

The workshop will be led by Seraina, the project manager of the Student Minds Network.
The Student Minds Network is a national coalition of students and youth organisations dedicated to advocating for student mental health. Their mission is to strengthen and protect the mental well-being of students, while working to de-stigmatise and normalise conversations about mental health in higher education and society at large.
This workshop is open to all students at Swiss higher education institutions and is free of charge.
